CMS, video community, online training website, NO SHOPPING CART

This project involves 3 parts that need to be working together in a CMS environment. It will be used for trining purposes and as a video community. Users are not going to be able to post, add or edit any content of the website, Administrator will have full control over it. The design of the website will be based in the following sample: [login to view URL] ------------------------------------------------------------------- The 3 parts that need to be considered in this project are: CMS: -CMS must be able to control different security levels order by groups of users.(3 groups of users, level 1, level2, level3) -CMS will have no interaction with any payment processor, means no shopping cart. -New accounts must be approved by Administrator in order to be active. -CMS must be easy to adapt to the design mentioned above. -CMS must be a reliable CMS application such as [login to view URL], or joomla. (Other youtube clones will be considered as well) -The top bar menu (as shown in the sample given above), must be dynamic, it should slide down, and it should show thumbnails of videos organized by categories like the sample. -A search option must be available for the user as well. -Top bar should contain buttons that will take people to static pages(only text) -Top bar must have a log in and log out option, like shown in the nike website sample. -Administrator should be able to upload files to the CMS, videos, audio files, documents and make them available to a certain group of users in a certain categorie(like a library of files; videos, audio files, documents). -There are some videos that are going to be available without being logged in. -Layout design should have space for a news scroller. -Top bar should have a search option. -------------------------------------------------------------------- VIDEO COMMUNITY: -The size of the videos should be like the one in the sample NIKE website. -Quality of the videos should be sharp, not like youtube. -Users will not be able to interact with the content, editing, or uploading any material. -Videos should have an option to fullscreen the video, and restore it. ------------------------------------------------------------------- LIVE VIDEO STREAMING: -We are looking for a person or company that will develop what we are asking for above, and will be responsible for setting up a live streaming session, that will happen twice a week. We will manage these streaming sessions, but we will only need one to be set up first. The person in charge of this project must find a reliable company that will provide this service, at a reasonable cost (Budget of $200-$300 per MO, or by event, we require advice) that will be streaming from a mac laptop. -We will take care of the live streming expenses, we are only requiring the person that takes this project, to give advice in regards to what is the best for this website, and to set it up. -Live streaming should be done in flash at a good quality, the size of the streaming session should be like the NIKE sample. -Live streaming sessions are going to be managed by the Administrator to be displyed to certain groups. ------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTES: -THE PRESON THAT DEVELOPS THIS PROJECT MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING PROJECCTS ALIKE, AND MUST SHOW PROOF OF IT. -WE WILL NOT CHECK PM, WE REQUIRE AN EASY WAY TO ACCES PORTFOLIO OF BIDDERS. -WE REQUIRE SOME ONE THAT HAS EXPERIENCE SETTING UP LIVE STREAMING AND YOUTUBE CLONES. -as soon as project begins, we will provide a final look for the layout design of the website, but it will be similar to the NIKE sample website. -We will provide a schematic of how the content is going to be organized (categories and sub-menus)
