Fulltime Web Designer / Programmer Needed Immediately!

I own a successfull Internet Marketing company based in New Orleans, USA. I'm looking for a skilled and motivated senior freelance web designer / programmer to work with me from there home/office. Projects will include installation / configuration of systems such as: Web design, Flash, HTML/DHTML, Javascript, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Phpbb forums.. and other open source software (such as chat apps). Required Skills, Experience, and Tools * At least 3 years experience with all of the following: Web design, Flash, HTML/DHTML, Javascript, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Phpbb, chat apps etc. * Working knowledge of: Linux, TCP/IP networking, security, mail, file systems. * Great work ethic.
