Restaurant Website Revamped or Newly built

I am looking to get a restaurant website revamped or pretty much newly built in **PHP** or one of the **CMS like Joomla, Drupal, or WordPress**. Or if you have a suggestion I am more than happy to look into that technology. ASP.net is okay as well. So the site will have all the regular things such as Food Menu, location, employment link, about us link, picture gallery, some sort of music playing in background (having volume control and can be turned down or stopped), Restaurant Review section, google map built in showing directions (something like [login to view URL] has). Along with above we might have few other links, again this isn't some sort of HUGE application it's a restaurant website that will be giving information about the restaurant.
