u02 -We wants to keep all the information and the software in a unique databse hosted with MS SQL express in our server

Tweaks the web directory mentioned before and following this tasks:

TASK:

t01 - Make the webdirecotry work on asp.net 2.0

t02 - Check for bugs and error

Features FRONT-END:

t03- make possible to insert another languages to the front-end(we will provide you the content)

t04 - modify the page "ADD SITE" as request in point TASK FOR RECIPROCAL LINK

Features BACK-END:

Add this features if their are not present in the original web directory mentioned before:

t05 - Add and manage operators.

add/delete/edit users

t06 - Categories

Operators can add/delete/edit categories for every website listed in our web direcotry

Categories must have 2 level

example COMPUTER (1 level) / CAD (2 level)

t07 - Add link for operator

Operator can add links to our web directory without performing a check for the reciprocal link.

- Description

- Keywords

- STATUS: new/confirmed/refuse/alert/waiting/

t08 - Add Project

This software must manage severals domains with different categories for every domain listed.

a) Operator must able to add/edit/delete project (domains and relative categories).

b) Every project can have severals link for exchanging (we must able to add/edit/delet this html code)

this html code will be displayed in ADD SITE PAGE in the front-end of a specific domain - read task r02 belove.

b04 - we would like add new operator/edit/delete

b05 - REPORT

the admin can have report on:

a) how many links in directory for every project

b) how many links for month and year

c) how many links has been added by an operator in a month or year

b06 - VERIFICATION

we would like have a features in our back-end that let veryfing if our partners-:

a) has pubblished a link to us,

b) if at the moment of checking the partners still have our links in their page for every project

c) we would like send email to this partners to remeber to add again our links

d) we would like have an automatic fetures ables to delete from our directory partners who are not linking any more with us.

TASK FOR RECIPROCAL LINK

We would like make simple and automatic request of exchange link from online users, we need add this simple features to the front-end of our websirectory, here the process how should be work:

r01 - ADD their website

user can submit their website to add in our directory

a) use a web form for getting their url

b) gather url'metatag as:

Domain

URL

Title

Description

Keywords

r02 - ADD our links,

we give them our html code and some brief instruction how to add this code to their website

NOTE: we want and option that lets us give a code or another depending on our website were this software is running (look at task before t08 , b)

r03 - CHECK if they have placed our link in their website

if YES = go to step 04

if NO = give an error, give theme again our url and some instruction how to place it in their website

r04 - CHOOSE CATEOGIE and INFO

a) if they added our link in their website

SHOWUP their metatag (information taken in step r01) and let them to edit or confirm it

b) let them choose a category from our List (compulsory)

c) let them suggest a new categorie (after step b) they can also propouse a new categorie - we need approvate it - in any case the website will be added on the first list)

d) ask them a valid email address

e) show a preview of their information

f) add RECAPTCHA script for catpcha against spammers

g) confirm the information

r05 - SHOW THEIR INFORMATION

a) show them a url were their link is situated in our category fro the specific project

b) say thanks

c) notice them that our software will check weekly the presence of their link for our website

r06 - GIVE THEM MORE OPTION

After they successufully update one link propouse them (we need update this list easily from the admin for every project):

a) a list of our web directory for more exchange

b) propouse them to write article about the subject of our website and have free links to their website

c) propose them to write in our forum

d) propouse them to contact us for more info or parternship

r07 - SEND EMAIL

a) send a email to them and say thanks

c) notice them that our software will check weekly the presence of their link for our website

d) propouse them point 06 again
