URGENT - need this week - outlook plugin - search box and smiley window(repost)

This project is to add a search box and a smiley button into outlook. this is similar to mysearch or smileycentral. on button click of the smiley button it will launch a window which will hold a flash component which will designed by our team.

In addition to creating the sliding window, you will receive parameters from the flash object to insert url (smley image) into the email body.

***Please see the attached zip file to see what the first programmer was working on. it was working well and did not take long to create. unfortunately, I cannot reach our coder and this is why we are reposting project.

I need someone who can do this immediately. I also have one more project which we can add as an additional job and we will discuss price. the second project is to do the same window as BHO for IE. we have toolbar and on button click on toolbar we want second bho window to slide down (plugin)

We are open to bids on this item. bid for this one item first.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
