My site (englishtrunkshowco) has a broken checkout process. I built it by myself and will be around to guide you, but i dont have the time to troubleshoot myself.
it used to work. i know its broken because people are still billed when checking out, however the order completion process is not going through 100% - smyptoms are no notification emails are sent out, database is not updated with order detail.
Best guess what is broken - i have a UPS shipping label that is generated through an API and believe that something on their end is not processing my request (could be my shipper account status).
Second best guess, when errors occur, my cartID counter gets off sequence, this can be fixed using mysql or whatever tool you want to use to edit my tables.
I can test the site with my credit card.
