Website Coding

I am looking for someone to code my website for my small graphic design business. Preferably something basic, yet sharp, with my logo centered on the main page, against a black or white background, as well as contact info. I'd like to be able to click on the logo to go to a new page, with a gallery of 10-20 clickable thumbnails of my work. I'd also like a third screen to go to an "about the artist' section as well as a PayPal option. I'd like the coder to provide me with instructions on how to update the thumbnails/site when I want to make minor changes in the future. I have all work on disc, I just need to know what size/format you need to do your work. Also, I'd like the webhost to be something affordable like [login to view URL]'s basic plan, with a unique domain name of my choosing. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The website needs to run on any browser.
