custom script for ecommerce

Im looking to get a script done for selling canvases. Full requirements (please read before answering) Front end: • to start off site needs to be seo friendly, sitemap ready and area for tags and keywords. I want it to look modern and flashy. im thinking something like black purple and white is good. • for the design i would like it to be something like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] i need to have the same upload system as [login to view URL] with different color i dont like the pink. And for the [login to view URL] i want all the filters like sepia,grayscale and the rest, i also like the step by step thing on top of the page when uploading and when uploaded the image has a surrounding area and you can choose stretch, white, black. i want to add wrap its when the image itself goes around the image depending on the frame size. • there should be a section for the frame size (.75inchs or 1.5 inchs on each side) and when someone chooses the frame size the price automatically updates. • I want the customer to see the image in 3d and be able to turn it left and right with the mouse to see the side of the image with the wrap. • for the upload i need the customers to be able to choose upload from computer, upload from facebook and upload from instagram (just like [login to view URL]) • For the uploader when an image is uploaded there is a couple different ways to do so, we can leave the border • i want rotating images on homepage and it should be easy to modify from my back end and link them to pages. • At checkout i need a coupon code section for customers with coupon codes. In my admin i need to have a section where I can update coupon codes, add and delete them. coupon should be able to be money$value or percentage%value • I want a section with image that i upload and people can see them and add them on the upload page so they use my images. i want the images to have categories and a search bar so u can search. (i want image to expand on hover by mouse and when it expands they can choose the image and it goes to the upload page so they choose the size. • I want a Purchase giftcard section as well. Back end: • From my admin I need a section to put the customers shipping number so each customer can see when they login. • i need a section to put shipping in canada and shipping to usa prices and also a tax section. • When someone uploads an image and does not purchase the canvas I want it to be deleted from server after 6hours or so. • I need a section in my admin login where i can see all the purchases, the selected size selected, filer, selected add information and images uploaded with the purchases, I want this to show daily, weekly and monthly purchases something like the google analytics view history page (from my admin i should be able to download the image at full resolution). • I want to create username and password for all customers when doing purchases, when customers login they can see tracking code they can see purchase history and they can change shipping address if they want and change password. • I want a section where I can see all my customers listed with the emails and everything with it. also need a search bar so i can find them easier. I will only pay once site is ready for sales...
