Flash/Flex editable data grid

This is a Flex/Flash application. This application is an editable data grid. Data is read in from a local XML file and displayed in a data grid. When a user double-clicks on a row, the entire row becomes an inline-edit-form. The row will expand to fit the inline-edit-form as needed.

In this edit form, the user can edit the data shown in the columns as well as other information. There are also Save and Cancel buttons. Changes are saved when the user chooses Save. Changes are discarded when the user chooses Cancel. After the user saves or cancels the changes, the edit form goes away and the data grid displays the updated information. I am not concerned about adding or deleting rows.

**General requirements and notes:**

* Application must use the Flex 3 SDK beta 3 and ActionScript 3.

* My main interest is in the code that displays the inline form within the data grid. I am not concerned about data formatting, data validation, or writing back to the data file. When saving the data, it should be simply saved as-is, back to the data provider. Changes do not have to be saved back to the XML file.

* Application does not have to follow the same styling as the picture. Font and color can be the Flex default.

* Use of the Flex DataGrid component is not required if you can think of a better solution. However, the grid must support the normal built-in features of a data grid as described in [[url removed, login to view]][1] For example: The user can sort the column by clicking on column header. The user can resize column width. etc.
