569609 Enhance PHP Opensource Software

Hello! OS Ticket is an opensource software program offering helpdesk ticketing functionality. [login to view URL] I would like a programmer who can help me make some functional changes and enhancements to this software. Specifically: 1) Creating tickets for specific 'products'. For example, Product A has a specific helpdesk link below so if someone has a question or problem with that specific product - when they click the link and create a ticket it will be attributed to all tickets for that product. 2) Allow multiple users who will only gain access to their own tickets attributed to the products they manage (see 1 above). i.e. product manager A is informed when a ticket is created for their specific product - they login and can only see the tickets related to their product 3) A product manager can create new helpdesk links (with a standard 'helpdesk' icon /logo embed in the html) so that they can create a new helpdesk code then cut and paste below their new product online - so when a customer has an issue with that specific product, they can click through and submit for that particular product. When the product manager logs in - they see all tickets for each product they've created in their dashboard. This needs to occur within the users dashboard within OS Ticket. 4) Make the overall UI cleaner and much more 2.0 - i.e. bigger buttons, better icons, cleaner look and feel - bring it into 2012....!
