Hi, I have a home page which I want to put a small graphic on. When new visitors come to the main page of the website I want a splash screen to pop up so that users can see a special message. When the user clicks on the message it takes the user to a new page. If the user clicks the x button in the top right of the splash screen, it closes back to the normal website. I believe this may also be called a takeover. I have the small image for the webpage, I have the large image for the splash screen, I just need someone to wrap it up into a working example.
