Update Website as well as looking for long term relationship to update website

I own the website [login to view URL] I have cut ties with my website programmer. I need several updates to my website and am looking to create a relationship with someone that is willing to update my website occasionally. The first update is on the therapist page where I need a few of the therapists removed from this page and a few therapists added to this page. Technically I would want this page redesigned so that I personally can add or take away clients, myself (which I don't have much computer programming experience). I also want the therapist to rotate on this page based on page views. I want each therapist to have a chance to sit in the first slot on the page. I also would like pictures to look a bigger when they scroll on the picture and also have when they go to the therapists bio page that their pictures shows much bigger than what it shows currently. On the home page, I would also want to put a banner on the right side of the page, that I could change my self as we add or take away groups or programs out of our office. I want there to be the option to upload a photo or text so we can make changes very quickly and not have to have any down time on this. We also have a few forms that we want clients to be able to access only if we give them permission. They will get these forms through word or PDF. They then can print out these forms for therapy sessions in the future. We also want a field in the same location where clients can email us their insurance benefits to be verified before their first therapy session. We should be able to have a tab they can click through that will then given them a access code. When they put this code into the field and click submit, they will then see the forms.
