Add video to product - Magento website

Hi Freelancers, I want to customize the following website template below : [login to view URL] Customization required: 1) To Add video to product DETAIL page such as [login to view URL] (Please visit to see example). The video functionality should work as the same as [login to view URL] 2) Delete the left section of the product LIST page that shows "community Poll", "shop by", compare products" and only let product pictures list. I will want to have all the picture sizes enlarged to fit the whole page. There will again be 3 columns in the product list - no change. 3) To add a front - back view functionality to the pictures in the product List page. So when the products are listed next to each other when you are originally seeing the front of the dress when the mouse goes over the picture you see the back of the dress.
