Custom quotation system

Hi, I'm looking for a professional javascript and php developer to create a custom quoting system. It needs to have a easy interface on the back-end and nice front-end. Basically, it can be multiple combo box with extra functions to show the link and picture of the products. For example, when someone selects the specific processor from the drop down list it should also show the link and picture of that processor and next it has to automatically pick up the available heatsinks for that processor. It can be either a standalone script to integrated into my website or a module/extension to integrate into Joomla! website. Happy bidding....
