I need to design a web based app that will take data from an Excel Sheet and populate the database and then allow for queries and search to be performed form the database. The programme is to enable assessment of institutions and also comparing institutions with each other Each excel file will be uploaded for each institution. It will have a front end (see the working sample - [login to view URL]) The Front end has links to the kind of queries to be expected I have attached a sample of the excel file to this message.
