SEO Tool scripts in Perl or PHP with Ajax(repost)

Hello there. I have 12 SEO tools to be made. 1: **Keyword Density Checker** Ajax modified version of free script from: <[login to view URL]> 2: **Fake Page Rank Detection** (Like in [login to view URL]) ADD: Whois date check and if PR not able to be achieved since reg date, for example pr4 in 2 months, also show as fake. 3: ^**Strongest Sub-Page Checker**. (Like in [login to view URL]). ADD: Optional PR of each sub-page. 4: **Common Backlinks Tool** (like in [login to view URL]) 5: **Site Analysis/Link Pop** (like in [login to view URL]) 6: **^Outbound Links Checker** (like in [login to view URL]) ADD: An option checking up to 3 levels deep, up to 2000 links total. Add PR of link donor site on each internal page heading. Add an option to check PR on link recipient page. 7: **^Backlink Analyser**, (continued in "deliverables") ## Deliverables 7: **^Backlink Analyser**, (Like in [login to view URL], but Flash not necessary) with PR, optional Anchor Text and No Follow results. ADD: An option to include (only this URL)OR exclude (All except this URL) chosen URLs from the display. ADD: Sub-totals at bottom of each page in 3 columns for PR, Anchor and No follow totals for each 100 results. Have an opt-out feature, where, if the site is large, the user can finish the check early, and be taken to a screen with total PR, Anchor and No Follow for all pages to that point. ---------------------------------------------- *** Country specific Tools**: All need to be for .au, .com(us), .uk, .ca, .nz. The reason for the country specific tools below is, of course, that there are differences between the SERPs on, for example, [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], and different again for the "Australia Only" option. 8: **^* Search Engine Position for Google, Yahoo and MSN**, with country specific option (Like linkvendor.com...which is VERY ACCURATE, (possibly uses current results, whereas other tools might use cached..??)). ADD: automatically "australia only ", "UK only" etc below "the web" result for country specific searches. ADD: Choose from first 100, 200, 500 and 1000 results. 9 **^* Multiple Domain S E Position for Single Keyword** (Based on above SEP Tool) See: [login to view URL] tool for idea. ADD: automatic "australia only ", "UK only" etc results below "the web" results on country specific searches. ADD: Choose 100, 200, 500 and 1000 results. CHANGE: Google, Yahoo, MSN option to radio button instead of check boxes, so only 1 SE at a time. 10: **^* Multiple Keyword Position for Single Domain.** (Based on above SEP Tool) See: [login to view URL] tool for idea. ADD: automatic "australia only ", "UK only" etc results below "the web" results on country specific searches. ADD: Choose 100, 200, 500 and 1000 results. CHANGE: Google, Yahoo, MSN option to radio button instead of check boxes, so only 1 SE at a time. 11: **^* Keyword Difficulty** (like in SEO Chat) But also country specific. Give country only results below "the web" results. As well as a % score based on the follow factors, _display_ the PR of each top 10 site, google pages indexed, and total google pages found for keyword, as well as google and yahoo backlink numbers for each site in top 10. Also option of user adding their own site for comparison. 12: **^* Keyword Density**. Keyword Density for a chosen keyword, for each site in google top 10. Country specific. Also have check-box option for "AU only, UK only etc". Have an option to display pagerank from each site also. ADD: List all top 10 sites, scrolling on same page. Give 1, 2 and 3 word combinations. Use stopwords, minimum occurances option, "Ignore Words of: xx characters in length or less" option. Based on the free tool at: <[login to view URL]> ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) Apart from tool #1. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). The tools may not be sold to third parties. All tools, MUST make use of API's where applicable. NO use of Search Engine scrapers accepted! The tools should make full use of AJAX to deliver fast results without reloading pages. The tools need to be designed with usability in mind. (If you want, I can give examples. We are not expecting anything unusual though) The tools would need some client-side validation as well as server-side, so that if a user enters something in an incorrect format, it won't create problems. Where technically possible, please use a %Percentage completed display and explanation of what the tool is doing when the tool is working. The displays for pagerank should be a number as well as a bar indicator. Tools should give user an option to print or email results as an .RTF, .PDF or .XLS. If this request is a LOT of extra work, please give the price with and without this feature. At least, all tools will need a usable data output to extend or combine the tools in the future. Where technically possible, please design so that the user never needs to enter "www.". Make the tool automatically detect whether "www" is needed or not. All tools need a user friendly Captcha, preferably one that lets them use the tool several times, or for a period of time before needing to re-enter a code. (the tools at [login to view URL] are an example of this, but are not perfect as you need to guess that you need to refresh the page when the time has expired.) As much as technically possible, all tools should look and behave in a similar way, the end result giving the impression of consistency on our site. Design so that the results are from CURRENT Search Engine values, not cached values. The results need to be the same as if the user searched manually. Please note that all of these scripts need to be separate (no dependencies between scripts please!) Please don't use re-used code, unless you have full legal rights to the code. All tools need to be tested fully functional, reliable, stable, efficient and accurate.***Please only quote if you are highly experienced in this sort of work.*** All code needs to be well structured and include comments so that others can follow the code in the future. The tools will also need to be added to our website. If you can only do some tools, please only quote on these. As completion of all the tools will take some time, we are happy to have tools progressively added to the site and we will pay for these as they are added. We need the tools with ^ next to them done first. We realise that this is not a 30 minute job. If you would struggle to find the time to complete the project in reasonable time, please do not quote. Please be very realistic when quoting the time it would take to complete the project. We don't expect all the tools within days, but we do expect work to be done daily, with daily updates and communication via email and/or instant messaging. We cannot express stongly enough that we highly value and expect good daily communication. We need the programmer to take the initiative to keep us informed. Even a 1 line comment is often enough. We expect that we need to work together with you on the testing and implementation stages, back and forth until the result is achieved. We would want to see at least 1 tool completed before work starts on all tools. This is so we can give our thoughts on the functionality and usability early in the project.
