Initial phases of website.

We require an experienced PHP/MYSQL developer to work on the early stages of our dating/adult site. Ideally you will not be part of a company and will work alone, before continuing please read payment terms. We will ONLY pay once we are satisfied with the coding and development of the site , no milestone or initial payment will be made, due to bad experiences with freelancers who are too busy or not qualified enough. For YOUR security the coding of our site, will remain on YOUR servers and not on ours once we are happy then we will first pay you ONLY THEN you upload to our site , as we are developing this site in stages, we will open a ''Phase for each part of the sites development..so as mentioned this would suit a freelancer with not much feedback as we will give good feedback.
