PHP, MySQL Project (Php Smarty Template, GIT) -- 2

I've a video sharing website where users can upload and share their videos. It's already built and it's up and running. It's a custom created CMS Website based on php, mysql Database, Smarty template. In this website, I've to create a new Video Upload Page. I need someone who has great experience working on GIT and Smarty template. You should know how to use GIT commands to pull and push codes and changes from our GITlab. I will provide a GIT login access, you need to download the entire repository using command line and setup another copy of running website in my hosting server which will be used for Testing purpose. Then you need to create a Landing page in this website that allows the visitor to record and send a test video first, then when doing so, it registers them at that point. (The website already has a record and send video functionality, you just need to find the code and use it) Main Functionality: 1. In the landing page, User goes through normal record and send process. 2. When user hits "Send" button, a pop up comes up and asks them for their Name, Email & Password (or Register with Facebook) option to complete registration. (This registration page is also already build in the current website) 3. Video is then sent to recipient as normal and sender is registered. 4. They are then taken to a normal registration confirmation page. Once you successfully make all the changes, I'll have more ongoing work in weekly basic. Please Bid on this project, if you are a great php, mysql programmer who also has great experience using GIT and Smarty Template. Once I pick the programmer, I will also provide with the Technical Documentation on how to find all the necessary files.
