Speed up website - Needs to be done in next few hours

The last programmer that worked on my website made a mess and my site is very slow now. This is a custom code dating website and the last freelancer worked on changing the site from all https pages to mostly http except for login/registration and payment pages which would stay on https. You must also be export in Website Testing and MySQL. Check the codes for sloppy coding and clean up, check CDN setup and find out why the site is so slow then resolve the issue.
