Need Web Devlopment team to create a Social Networking site.

Hello, We are looking for a talented individual or small team to create a Social Networking site. This project is a new start-up site and that will also provide online marketing and advertisment. Devloper should have the right skills set, have experience and skills in both front-end, web design and back-end web development. The objective is to build an easy to use, interactive and friendly, happy website. The devloper should give maximum flexibility whenever it is needed! I would like to inquire about your business experience, some examples of track record and rates for developing an online retail store. We need to build an online store with the back-end infrastructure (like full security features for credit card and customer information), shopping cart, front-end designs and some animation. Also maybe a word press with blog. The devloper should have a flair for web design with a graphical sense. 1. Total # of pages expected is around 30 pages (not sure yet) 2. Sensitivity of user data stored - security features 4. We have a fixed $ amount we want to spend for everything. Prefer to pay as a total project cost. How much would you charge for a website like this: Full multi-media, online chatrooms, photos, video, front-end, back end and security? We can either pay by cash or combination of cash and equity or maybe even full equity partnership for long term profit sharing. If we pay in cash we will pay 15% when we reach the 1st milestone, 30% when we reach the 2nd & 55% at completion. Amount will be given more if there might be changes required while site creating. VERY IMPORTANT!!! Person or persons should be from INDIA (Mumbai or Pune) location and non-compete agreement. Person or persons should be ok in giving up legal rights to all website design, development and creations. All work will belong to my company after completion (work for hire contract). Website should be search engine friendly SEO and be compatible for all internet browser – MSN explorer, Firefox, Chrome. In addition, we may need the person to do SEO and Google advertising, internet marketing for the site. Site must be attractive, easy to navigate and user friendly. Must also have simple to use content management system and must be designed to achieve optimum search engine results. Site will also have a link to share on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & RSS. Long term partnership is preferred since we will need continuous website updates and maintenance. Also might need the person to help us with technology project management. We will finance/fund the costs of the projects and the project manager can outsource, help to get the project completed. The future projects will be in developing: • Web Designing • Web Development • Web Testing !!!!! While bidding please include references of similar work done and time expected to complete the project. Also mention your preferred CMS/Cart software to complete this project and the reason why you chose it.
