Install FreeRadius on Squid Server and Implement to my E-Junkie account

I need someone to help me install and configure FreeRADIUS on my Squid Server, with this spec:

- User login & password must store in MySql Database

- Enable Simultaneous-Use parameter, so only 1 username can login.

- Implement with E-Junkie, so my customer would get his/her account immediately after purchasing.

- Able to send automatic email when user account will expire in 7 days, 3 days, and when account has expired.

- Create Readme/tutorial, just in case I had to re-install the server.
