Redesign website with PHP, videos, graphics & IE compatible

Redesign and update of private non-profit website * Ensure highest compatibility with latest versions of major browsers, especially Microsoft IE, Mozilla Firefox and Netscape. Remove incompatible "hover" function from main menu and replace with something more compatible. * Fix the main menu so that it is symmetrical and falls between left and right columns on either side. * Convert the HTML web site into a PHP web site that can be easily updated by the site owner. * Set up a service for watching videos on the website. Select from existing viewer screens and screen resolutions(advise site owner as to best selection.) Arrange and embed videos from FTP server into the appropriate locations on each page. * Edit and touch-up graphical images to remove faults, blemishes, dark lines, text, etc. In some cases darken or sharpen the image. (All images will be provided from FTP server.) * Design new logo and banner using flash with audio, video and graphics supplied by site owner. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Our server is Linux. SQL databases are available. Finished product must function in the very latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, Mozilla 5.0 Firefox 1.5.X and Netscape 8.X. Our users to date use the following OS to visit the site: Windows 40,000 requests; Macintosh 2,900 requests; Unix 1,300 requests; Unknown 4,000 requests
