Msg's and Ratings

Would like to add user ratings (1-5) for each band on the site and allow users to post comments. For the comments, if possible just show the last 10 for the specific artist and either delete the previous or hide the previous to where you click a (+) to expand and see the full user comments for the artist. For the ratings, just a simple 1-5 or 1-10 rating. Some spamming feature to keep people from rating the same band over and over might be nice, but not necessary. Either IP or cookie. The site is currently in PHP with a MySQL backend. For the bands (<[login to view URL]>) each band is listed by ID. I figure it would be easiest to create a new set of tables for the ranks and another for the comments and access via the ID in the main bands table. If you need any other info, let me know. I have lots more work to get done, but my php guy has been too busy with med school so no free scripts lately for me. If the scripts are already designed or under GPL, I have no problem paying you to install them. I have found some, but was unable to get them to function. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform server is Redhat 7.2.
