San Francisco Bay Area Craigslist Rental Data

I am looking for someone to create a crawler to pull down rental housing information from craigslist.org. I would like the data to be put into an online database and downloadable into an Excel spreadsheet. Ultimately I want the information to be out into a custom Google Map in a display similar to: <[url removed, login to view]>_. _ But we will focus on completing the database first.

I want rental data to be downloaded for the San Francisco Bay Area Craigslist. <[url removed, login to view]>. Data should be for all Bay Area Cities under this section of craigslist. The data must be put into an database including the following columns:

**Address, City, State, Zip, Property Type, Square Feet, Year Built, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Rent**

I would like this built on PHP 5.0 or greater platform. I will provide server space and FTP credentials for you to host the final solution. Until that time please work on your own server and send me the link during the review process.

We do a lot of database and Google map projects. This contract may lead to more work in the future. Payment of $100 will be made for this task upon completion.

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).

2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.

## Platform

The application should be built on your own server in a LAMP stack environment (Linux, Apache, MYSQL, and PHP).
