Re-work ''Headline'' area in my Wordpress Blog within Arthemia theme

I have a Wordpress blog with the theme, "Arthemia". In the upper left "headline" area, I want to make that information STATIC - right now the theme pulls from a particular category and rotates posts. I found a way to make a post static but I also would like to achieve a few other things within the headline area, e.g. remove date, remove comments, etc. ## Deliverables My current website address is: [login to view URL] Within the headline area, I would like: Headline area:? want to post a video (most likely pulled in from You Tube), with ability to add a headline over the top and text under video (with the ability to change the video to a post (text & image), if desired) STATIC remove date? remove comments remove category title at the top remove “read the full story?? at bottom The only things in the headline area would be:? 1) the video or image for a post 2) Headline over video 3) Text under video Ideally, I would like to enter this in the standard "post" area within my Wordpress admin panel. I'd like to have the ability to change this occasionally to a video or a post.
