213131 Simple Photo Rating Site

All i need is a very simple photo rating site. No fancy features. I just want visitors to be able to click through submitted pictures that are randomly arranged, also have them be able to rate the photos via a 5 star system. The only options are for the viewer to view the next random picture, the previous one, top voted. Also under the current picture it needs to display the link to the picture that can be copied, and under that it should display 6 thumbnails of other random pictures that are selectable with their rates below them. and a place for an ad code below that to be entered. Visitors should be able to submit photos via a simple one page membership form which will then add a watermark to their image. The viewers submitted pictures need to be viewed and approved via an admin control panel before being added to the rotation.
