CMS Template Integration Tool Project(repost)

I want to build an online tool that will automate the process of installing our CMS into our Templates, Please notice that, open source CMS such as Joomla are not an option. They are the reason I created my own simpler CMS. Our Custom build CMS is very simple to use. It's custom build using PHP and Mysql. You will only get access to it if you are selected, for security reasons. The templates are web site professionally build sliced into HTML files. Please bid only if you have experience automating such tasks and have experience with PHP and Mysql. If should be: Easy to use so that no technical skills are required. GUI based (Graphic user interface). On the upload template interface should have clear simple directions to follow.
