Drupal Expert Sought for 2.5 Days Drupal Development Sprint

This work is to perform 2.5 days of Drupal development working collaboratively with a project manager and graphic designer team based in Australia.
The work is to make improvements to the Video4Change website, which is a great project providing resources for social change videomakers around the world:

We have a list of tickets we would like to address, but your job is to work with us in parallel via Skype. We will work together, going through the tickets one-by-one.
The successful bidder is required to be available for 8 hours per work day (only 4 hours on the last day), as pre-arranged on specific days and times that suits everybody in the team, which we will agree together before awarding the project.
We will work together in a sprint format for these 20 hours over 2.5 days to achieve as many tickets as possible.
The tickets include:
- replace header logo
- change custom page to include summary text
- alterations to custom home page layout
- minor CSS modifications throughout the site
- crop, re-upload and re-implement graphics for CSS elements
- add Read More links to sidebar
- update Drupal components as required
- replace language text links with icons
- make posts filtered HTML by default
- remove Twitter block except for front page
- add icons to replace "Add new comment" text links
and a couple more complex issues like:
- change Twitter module to use handle instead of hashtag
- fix issue with session cookies and http vs https login
If you have sharp Drupal and CSS skills, with a portfolio and experience to prove it, we look forward to your bid.
If you can't put aside the hours we decide together to focus on this project by working collaboratively with us, please don't bid, we're not looking to hire a freelancer who will disappear on to other projects while we are supposed to be working together.
However, if you're a friendly, communicative developer with great Drupal skills, who can set aside these hours to work with us, we look forward to hearing from you, and working with you in our small team!
