We are looking from upgrade from our existing CRM application from ASP.net and MS Sql Server 2008 to open source platform based around PHP and MySql. A legacy CRM is already in place but looking to incorporate intelligent functionalities of leading CRM solutions and make it custom based. We are mainly looking to either develop from scratch or customise vTiger or SugarCRM open source framework following: 1. Sales Automation (example CRM:SalesForce, [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc) 2. Email, SMS and Marketing campaign module 3. Online integration with own websites and google adwords and analytics. We should be able to track every single visitor and record their footprint against existing contact record 4. Apointment/Calendar Module with Option to book appointment online through our website. We are a client facing organisation. 5. Invoice module to record all invoices and also integrate through third party merchant gateway for direct payment processing online. 6. Online chat integeration with our website vistors Some Suggestions are as follows: 1. Please sign up for a trial account with salesforce CRM, Zoho CRM, Vtiger CRM, [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and also do some research on CRM, lead nurturing, lead conversion process, sales life cycle etc. 2. This will give an in-depth understanding and enhance your horizon and you will be will able to add functionality which will be useful for our organisation. 3. Our aim is to use this product for multiple company so each installation we should be able to customise, country, currency, Timezone etc. 4. Certain modules is critical to success of this application like appointment module, campaign module, email module, mail merge, online lead integration, online social media integration, online activity integration, integration with our websites, adwords account, Facebook account so that we can track the user activity online, online chat feature etc. Before bidding please ask clarification questions as many as you can. We would request you to send a proposal with examples of features and GUI to be integrated. Ease of use and creating an intelligent system is a must. Bidder team member should be well versed with online open source application development. We are looking for lightweight, efficient, intelligent, robust, easyly customisation like zoho and VTiger. Hi Here is my brief history. My proposal will be followed 1) I have 7 years experienced in Software Engineering with Open-source technologies, such as PHP, Zend and Laravel. However recently i have started into Java programming through GWT (Google Web tool Kit) 2) I started my career with CRM during later part of 2009 for a Czech company. This was a research CRM Project and I was working as SSE/Tech Lead. I was a part of BA team, which took following CRMs for analysis - Zoho - Vtiger - Sugar - Salesforce - Highrise Finally we started developing a Custom Generic CRM, that overcomes all the barriers of above 4 CRM Features - Multi level Synchronization : For hierachical group of companies - Smart thinking : It was called a smart box, where user can drag different entiries and the box starts processing Once this CRM was completed,I really do not have any touch with the company at the moment 2. Then I joined to an Australian Company as Opensource Development Manager. I built that companies profile into a Leading Vtiger crm service provider in Australia through last 3 Years. I went to Sydney and worked with a bigger Client ( I will give details through my LinkedIn) 3) I was doing freelancing since last 5 years. I have my own set of Clients and partners. So I have decided to go with my own projects rather than work under another company. I started my office in last June. I have 2 expert resources in vtiger.
