PHPFOX fix one bug and one modification

I have one PHPFOX website, i need to fix one bug, for example, when i set it need to deduct 100 points when create an event, if user only have 10 points left, he still can go ahead to create event. Please fix this bug.

The modification i would like is point deduction for inviter when successfully add another user for friend, points will be deducted for the inviter when the invitee approved the friend request. When user not enough point for deduction, they can not send friend request.

Working duration is 7 days, Before bid this project please make sure you totally understand the detail of the project, I need a programmer who experienced in PHPFOX script, and please sure you can finish the work under the budget and deadline.
