Touch ups on a Minecraft plugin

The plugin is a remake of the factions/towny plugin with extra content and rethought options and customization. The coder who made the plugin is currently busy with college and other responsibilities. The server we use this plugin on is a PVP survival server where players can make their own \"Kingdom or Empire\". If you help with the plugin your name will be featured in the credits of the plugin.
