Website Editing and Adding New Features(repost)

Looking to have someone edit two websites, the sites are in os commerce and joomal. You will be making changes to layout of html, adding some features to the site like forum, live support chat, and other small items. This project should be very easy for someone that knows php and html. ## Deliverables you will edit the sites code and deliver it to me, site are in os commerce, joomal php,html,css is a must.
