Wordpress DEV EXPERTS ONLY - Create Wordpress section (plugin) and updates to main screen

Hello, We need an EXPERT in Wordpress. This project will require creating a new section for news adding, including search, filters, subsections and to show all the items as blog/page when viewing an item. This project is intended to add a section to an EXISTING website. We have a detailed design (to be shared with the winner). We require HIGH QUALITY! this is a long term project and we are looking for a long time partner in the process. Please bid ONLY IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE BIDDING ON! You will be in charge of all of the code and will be provided with PSD files & fonts for the design implementation. This project MUST be completed within 10 days maximum!
