Write some Software

I am working on a realestate website [login to view URL] It is not wordpress, standard html. I need an integration that pulls from the MLS (florida gulf coast, Miami, and New York City. Their are monthly services that offer this under the name IDX Integration. An example is [login to view URL] and IDXbroker.com. I like this site ([login to view URL]) and click search. However she uses wordpress. Anyone with realestate and is a programmer may know what I mean. I want it to look just like the susangale site (link above) but without how many sold.. or something like the showcaseidx.. I don't need a whole site, just the integration script. I don't know how it pulls or whatever, so I am pretty lost on this.
