To record, primarily via mouse input (but may also be via space-bar), the results of tone (air conduction ??" AC), bone conduction (BC), uncomfortable level (UCL), and most comfortable level (MCL) testing. The results will be displayed in industry-standard symbology. Audiogram results will be displayed separately for the right and left audiogram. The results will not only be visually displayed, but will also be recorded to an Access 2000 database via the Jet/ADO interface with a subset being retained in memory variables. This Audiogram Record will be consolidated on a form with additional elements. The elements from this project should be able to fit into an area not to exceed 5000 twips high and 9000 twips wide. Hearing industry standard symbology must be used on the display (details provided). Source Code must be adequately documented for maintenance and modification purposes

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) with complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
