Engine Test Sheet

We currently have a program of this nature that acts as an interface between user and an Access database. Access wouldn't do some of the more elaborate calculations and such so Visual Basic 6.0 was used. The program will be used to enter data from engine dynomometer testing. The program will use mathmatical calculations to automatically correct certain fields based on information entered into other fields. It bases some of the corrections by model numbers, engine injector sizes, turbo, etc... Ultimately, it determines wheter or not an engine has "passed" or "failed" testing. Currently, a report is printed via Crystal Reports somehow. This is not a "small" project. On our current TestSheet program, there were roughly 100 pages of code involved, and thats just the VB side. The database side is mainly just some tables and queries. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Will discuss more later. ## Platform Program will be ran on Win98, Win2k, or WinXP. As stated previously, it will work in tandem with an Access database (Access97 currently).
