VB6 - Project Management App: Top coders required

You are an RAC top rated coder specializing in VB6 (OCxs, Dlls, EXEs) who wants to establish a long term working relationship with a veteran RAC buyer. I need someone to create a modular VB6 app for me that performs project management style tasks. ONLY bid on this job if you are the best and you can prove it to me. I need to get numerous jobs done quickly and ON TIME and by the deadline. I must be able to reply on you to keep me continually informed and send me daily source code updates. Good coders will get bonuses. There is no delivery deadline on this job as I will start private auctions for coders who I feel I can work with. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform win98, ME, XP ## Deadline information As a veteran buyer on RAC, I developed a reward system that I now use in all my bids. My only issue is to get work done on time and give good bonuses and ratings to coders who deliver on time. it works like this: I post a bid for an amount with a reasonable deadline. If work is completed before or at the deadline I will award you a guaranteed 10/10 rating and an ADDITIONAL 50% BONUS on the bid amount. If you do NOT complete the job by the due date - no bonus. If you are 3 days late, then the maximum rating I will give is 5/10. If you are 7 days late, I cancel the bid. To make sure you win from this system I require daily SOURCE CODE updates. Without daily source code updates, I can only award a 7/10 and half of the bonus if you complete before deadline - I want to reward collaboration not independence. I am a programmer, so source code updates make sure that any problems are eliminated so you get the bonus and a 10/10 rating. Fast coders will get a lot of work from me.
