Need Increased deliverability for emails

Greetings from New Orleans! This should be an easy project for the coder who knows what they are doing ... From the title it may sound as if we are attemtping to do something mischevious, but I will explain that it is certainly not the case. On my website, [[login to view URL]][1], I offer visitors the opportunity to receive free tips on investing. The tips are delivered as a series of autoresponder emails, 1 arriving each day for 7 days. The autoresponder emails are getting filtered out and I want someone who knows how to construct the emails so that doesn't happen. I will want the emails to be tested against hotmail, aol, gmail, yahoo mail and standard anti-spam filters that are commonly used by people in the US market. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
