Community website development

I am looking for someone who can build a community website for our patients. I recommend you use Onilne Templates like Jumla , wordpress etc…. if you haven’t worked on any of these please don’t bid. I would want as much work to be done using online Templates and as less customization as possible…. So please search the web thoroughly to get ready made templates … Also you should have good knowledge of customization too…. Actual website details Essentially it will contain the details of all our patients … but that can be accessed from a website with login/ password It involves … entering the data ( Medical History ) which will be done by us… but the UI should give that facility …. The Idea is patient should be able view his medical history when he wants by using a login and password … and also can edit the history… In depth details will be given later .. there will be some customization ( but minimal ) that is required . Should be ready to give some minimal support after launching the website …. However if there are major work involved you will be paid accordingly We have web domain and hosting platform with Bigrock … so you can host the website on that… You will be required to give us your action plan( how will build the website etc) for us to consider your application Skills required: website development , customization, Php, Jumla , HTML , etc
