I am a lawyer looking to launch several business ideas which I believe are revolutionary.
For this purpose I am looking for someone with ample experience in using online solutions in order to
1. create real-estate websites (website builders, website templates, etc..., with online bookings, payments, day and hourly calendars)
2. Create very simple CRM and e-mail marketing website-based platforms using pre-made solutions (plugins) available and purchasable on the internet
3. Help me create a simple e-mail marketing and polling solutions that I can incorporate into my website and make available to its users
4. ADVISE AND TEACH ME ABOUT THESE THINGS VIA SKYPE (a few times a week for 2 hours for 1 or 2 months).
5. Eventually function as my project manager regarding all the above projects
6. Eventually become my partner if very competent and correct.
I expect the person to have knowledge of the BEST and CHEAPEST ONLINE SOLUTIONS available, as this one of the fundamental reasons why I am seeking help. I also expect the person to know how to use these solutions to create what we need and to be able to teach me the basics of each online solution.
I expect the person to be very organized and Knowledgeable about the online business reality of the fields mentioned above.
I am willing to give the chosen person bonuses and even a stake of the business.
