PHP Programmer

I have an older offline database application that stores domain information, things such as url, usernames, passwords, hosting information, etc. It is very nice to use, and very simple, however its only single user (1 pc). I am looking to recreate this application and probably add to it in a web based database and platform. I will need users to be able to login, and only see there approved information or websites. The database has very basic reporting, and export to CSV/xls. Developer must sign a non compete/non disclosure agreement prior to work. Must be able to use skype for communication Need someone who is ready and willing to work with me to get this project live quickly and professionally. Good long term potential. Bonus & ongoing Income payments may be available if project goes live and is successful to be sold as a monthly service.
