Hello,
I am looking for a developer, who has previously integrated RETS data for a real estate website. All of project scope will be defined within this paragraph. Please post only related work and RETS MLS integrated websites.
The scope includes building the website from scratch. Graphics and layout is attached ( homepage )

All data should be directed to my VPS

Data update - every one hour

Properties should be displayed on the map, as filter criteria is moved around.
This project must be complied per MRED boar rules regulations, here in Chicago Illinois. VOW compliance for data display must be integrated. All compliance and directions will be given, upon selected developer.
Please describe in what back-end this work will be conducted and implemented? Joomla etc...
Please keep in mind that MRED is the third largest MLS database in the United States. Approximately 1500 new properties hit the market every day. Capacity and integration must be proficient. The website should be self sufficient and automated. Sub pages and further page details will be discussed after awarding bid.
