simple web program login password welcom screen(each user has a separated welcome screen) - default on new user a) patients table id ,name, department + other fields that will be supplied later b) instruments table id ,name, type + other fields that will be supplied later attach instrument to patient ( there are patients who had the instrument but it is now connected to someone else c) import log from user select folder to file (protocol is will be given) evaluate data from log to temp file (protocol is will be given) import data from file to Database d) reports basicaly 2 : 1 a list of all events of patients, instrument e) option for nice printing of graf; f) option for printing the data from which there is graf d,e,f is a "per patient per instrument" g) special report on all data retrieved - explained in detail later h) graphs per patient event on graf and connect the dots i) export data to excell all this in nice gui ! i attached a basic idea i require design ,create ,management, && programming skils user will upload text file of events for importing to db i require someone who can change things later after this project ends as it is a long term project ', and here is just a very small part
