Build 2 separate Wordpress websites. Identical functionality, just different themes/designs. Websites are for the same organisation, but different departments. Must be able to be self managed once launched. Functions: - news - notices - events - webform for member signup. - staff directory including, image, profile, email address details. User login to view - staff downloads, such as company policy and procedures. User login to view - photo gallery - easy block management for updates - rotating homepage banners - 3 languages 1 design almost finished. Would prefer to start with database functionality and have content deployed immediately. Designs will be tweaked. Would suggest doing one database first and once functional, copy. Then theme both sites together according to designs. Need this done quite quickly. Around 2 weeks for soft launch. Can prioritise functions if necessary to meet initial deadline.
