**Overview**
Need a process to input data and use it to generate a report.
**Input**
Need to create a form for data input. The form could be web or other form (e.g excel).
The data to be entered requires just standard web form (text/checkbox/radio button) components and one custom control - a mouse clicking on a point in a set of graph axes. For examples of the input forms to be replicated please see the pdf files attached, e.g. All Forms [url removed, login to view]
**Output**
The output is to be a pdf (or ppt) with some prewritten pages and some dynamic pages whose data represents the data entered. This output will then be manually reviewed by Brand Quest. ## Deliverables
**Current Business Process**
Brand Quest runs workshops and their clients fill out written forms outlining some aspects of their business and marketing. The data is then entered into a PowerPoint Presentation by a member of Brand Quest's staff. This PowerPoint is then merged into a final PowerPoint report (printed to PDF) that is presented to the client.
**Future Business Process**
Brand Quest runs workshops and their clients fill out written forms outlining some aspects of their business and marketing. The data is then entered into the system to be created by a member of Brand Quest's staff. The system then automatically merges the entered data into a final report that is presented to the client (in PDF or PPT form).
**Notes**
Although the data entry is currently done by a member of the Brand Quest's staff, in the future it may be done by Brand Quest's clients, so the forms are to be easy to use for new users.
A webform is preferable to the Brand Quest as they believe it will be most suitable for their future aims to have their clients interact directly with the system.
**Attachments**
Consist of 3 folders
Handwritten - The handwritten notes which our clients fill out
Input - The files created when we turn the handwritten notes into the inital pdfs
Output - The finished product. The Aim of this project is to automate the process involved in creating the output powerpoints from the input powerpoints.
We don't mind if the input for the program you create is and excel form or online form. We don't mind if the output is in PDF or PPT.
