Small ICQ like app 2 manage passwords and display dynamic content

QUICK OVERVIEW Small ICQ-Like windows app to manage passwords to websites and display and search dynamic content and database driven searches SUMMARY Windows application, (looks similar to icq box) allows user to enter in urls + user/pass to sites he is a member of. Clicks link and logs him directly into the site. Also offers other features such as listing featured sites. Application connects to server to receive new updates. Search function that pulls from database of sites entered by me. Few other similar type features. Will have about five drop-down categories of browse-able category (browe-sable within the application). The search box will search our database, which it will connect to when application-pc is online. We will need to be able to edit database at our discretion, or perhaps have it set to rotate certain records every few days automatically. Some portions of this will be 18+ adult related, so you must be comfortable with this. If you need more details, i'd be happy to comply! We will own the rights to software and distribution when project is done.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Windows 98/2000/xp compatible. Will utilize IE when users decide to open websites that they have used this application to store their usernames and passwords (will open a new IE window). This is the only time IE will be used.
