Toolbar Popup blocker(repost)

Simply I want a custom popup blocker that has the same look functions and feel of <[login to view URL]> I need the option in IEs toolbar VIEW menu to show the toolbar or not. If not to have an Icon in the system tray with our icon if enabled. Want a search option in the toolbar that can be hidden in the tool bar if it is not wanted. I need to be able to dynamicly and easyly change the logo, links and menus as needed.. All the features of this sample program. Allow all user launched windows and block the rest.
