Website Layout Needed

Layout ===== We need a professional graphics layout, and logo worked up for an existing website. The website is a file and site hosting service, that provides all mechanisms to upload, download, managed, and view files stored on the site. We only need the layout and the associated HTML/DHTML. The layout will need to be capable of being broken into two separate include files. One for the top, one for the bottom ([login to view URL], [login to view URL]). These includes "wrap" around the scripted content. We would like some sort of graphic simile/symbolism for each of the sections in the main menu (a file folder for the files area, a stylized ? for the Help section, etc). Be creative! Every section on the site, even those generated from scripts, need cleaned up. Some sort of common theme for notices, graphs, etc, would be great (check out the site at the URL below to see the various sections). Also, buttons on the "My Files" page need created for the various functions you can perform there. Upload, create folder, directory, etc, all need to be stylized, and made consistent. Logo === The new site will be at [[login to view URL]][1], and we need a logo for this name designed. Something fun, but professional. No embossed metallic-looking 3D lettering, please. Think more along the lines of eBay or Google. Clean, and simple. The logo needs to be deliverable in high resolution format for later print reproduction. Current URL ======== [login to view URL] Test account: test/test Add'l Requirements ============== We need the design to be careful in its use left or right gutters on the site--the file listing interface takes up quite a bit of a browser window. Take a look at the site, log in using "Test" and "Test" for the username/password, and go to the "My Files" page. Show us what you can do--please provide a link to an online portfolio, or links to sites you have built. I think we'll know right away when we find the right candidate for the job.
