There is a basic layout ready for a website that is supposed to enable business listings and service promition, the actual job is:
1. To convert the current html + css + photoshop website to a basic(bare minimum) wordpress theme.
2. To enhance the GUI usability and functionality with CSS and JavaScript (Preferably JQuery, since it is already enabled[v1.9.1])
3. To create the database according to an existing scheme
4. To write a simple DAL and backend for the GUI (basic listing and searching of that listing, only 2 related database table and 1 extra small table for other purposes).
5. Submit a fully functional website for me for review, and repair and adjust until perfect
