I need a PHP script that will perform simple functions from an HTML form...
## Deliverables
I would like a PHP forum to perform the following functions against an HTML form:
The HTML form would look like this:
<form method="POST" action="[login to view URL]">
<p>Bulletin 1<input type="checkbox" name="B1" value="ON"></p>
<p>Bulletin 2<input type="checkbox" name="B2" value="ON"></p>
<p>Bulletin 3<input type="checkbox" name="B3" value="ON"></p>
<p>Bulletin 4<input type="checkbox" name="B4" value="ON"></p>
<p> </p>
<p><input type="submit" value="Submit" name="B1"><input type="reset" value="Reset" name="B2"></p>
</form>
| **If user selects:** | **Then Activate Announcement:** |
| Bulletin1 | BB1 |
| Bulletin2 | BB2 |
| Bulletin3 | BB3 |
| Bulletin4 | BB4 |
| | |
| **If we select any 2 bulletins, then activate both Announcements corresponding to those two bulletins** |
| | |
| **If we select more than 2, then activate a completely different announcement which is called "BBGeneral"** |
A new page would come up with which announcements to activate based on user check box selection.
